Your Tasks
  • Efficiently handle IT service requests and issues through the service desk, phone, remote, on-site, and ticket system.
  • Diagnose and resolve network and system problems.
  • Provide technical support and solutions for hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and service partners to solve complex problems and implement service improvements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
  • Participate in IT projects to implement new technologies or improve IT services.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base to support customers and internal teams.
Your Profile
  • A successful completion of an IT vocational school or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience with MS Client OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Cloud Applications (O365, MS Teams, OneDrive), and Microsoft Services (Active Directory/Entra ID, DHCP, DNS, GPO), File, and Print Services.
  • Experience with scripting and automating IT tasks is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in the IT service field, preferably in a service desk environment.
  • Excellent service and customer orientation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork and customer orientation.
  • Self-motivated work style and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent German and very good English skills in writing and speaking.
  • Low travel requirements, driving license class B.
