Key Responsibilities
  • Onsite Support: Provide timely and efficient technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor and building strong client relationships.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
  • System Updates: Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of hardware and software.

Requirements

  • IT Support Experience: Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a field service capacity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, networking protocols, and common software applications.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
  • Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry computer equipment, and perform tasks that may require physical exertion.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
