About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Porsche Informatik in Salzburg or Vienna.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior engineers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to identify and resolve program errors.
  • Proactively identify and remediate system issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document frequently encountered procedures in knowledge bases.

Requirements

  • A completed education with a Matura (AHS, HAK, HTL) or an IT apprenticeship.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for IT and digitalization.
  • Enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent German language skills and solid English language skills, with additional languages being a plus.
