About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to travelers regarding hotel selections and making successful reservations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional sales advice via telephone to clients regarding hotel options
- Create customized offers based on clients' preferences and needs, and facilitate direct bookings
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage booking changes and other customer concerns with ease
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C Sales or Sales Operations/Sales Support, preferably within the Hospitality industry
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Highly goal-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments
