Technical Trainer Software Solutions Expert

Your Mission
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees on software solutions, focusing on commissioning and KiSoft One.
- Collaborate with managers to create employee development plans based on competency matrices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with processing departments for training and employee development topics.
- Introduce developed training concepts to KNAPP subsidiaries worldwide.
You Are KNAPP
- Hold a completed technical education (HTL or comparable).
- Have good knowledge in object-oriented programming (C++, C#, or Java).
- Have basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL or Oracle) and Linux.
- Optionally completed a trainer training.
- Be interested in logistic contexts and confident in understanding them quickly.
- Be familiar with e-learning, blended learning, and webinars.
- Have the ability to record complex technical facts orally and in writing.
- Bring the competence to convey technical content to our specialists of tomorrow.
- Be proficient in English and German.
We Are KNAPP
If you share our enthusiasm for technology, enjoy supporting others in their training, and like to pass on your knowledge, we offer you the opportunity to join our team as a Technical Trainer Software Solutions. Our technical trainers can expect the opportunity to continue their career at KNAPP AG after completing a high-quality, 8-month training program. The minimum salary for this position is € 3,000.00 gross, with a payment in line with the market depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
