About Our Team
Our Agile Delivery Transaction Banking team at RBI is seeking a Senior Appian Developer to play a crucial role in delivering innovative IT solutions that streamline our digital lending process.The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Appian implementation, including understanding of all aspects of the Appian product and implementation methodology.

As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge Appian applications, configuring processes, forms, and reports to meet business requirements and quality standards.
Your core competencies will include:
* Extensive hands-on experience with Appian implementation, including understanding of all aspects of the Appian product and implementation methodology.
* Experience in Customer Enablement and Excellence, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects while balancing time, scope, cost, and quality.
* Expertise in Appian Component Architecture and the ability to troubleshoot complex platform and tool-level issues.
* Work experience in Appian plugin development, using languages such as Java, JavaScript, and others.
* Knowledge and experience with REST-based APIs and Microservice Architecture.
* Familiarity with contemporary collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira, and a practical, Agile mindset with hands-on experience working with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
You will also have sound written and verbal communication skills in English.
