Senior Jira System Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Cloud Expert to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our single product platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide our stakeholders, including VP of engineering, Dev Directors, Program Managers, Agile Coaches, and dev teams, on the effective use of Jira and Confluence to enhance our internal agile framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with requestors, stakeholders, and the organization to identify needs that Jira/Confluence can satisfy
  • Design solutions with the team on how Jira/Confluence can enable our R&D organization
  • Maintain excellent communication within the team and all parties
  • Take end-to-end ownership of implementation changes, ensure their go-live, and monitor success
  • Provide support to the organization on a daily basis
  • Cooperate with Atlassian and vendors on support requests and license adjustments
  • Implement security measures to protect Dynatrace from data leakage
  • Proactively drive changes to maintain a reasonable level of maintenance for our organization
Requirements
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence administration or support
  • Technical studies related to Computer Science or similar experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and/or software support/administration
  • Practical experience in Jira/Confluence use
  • Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork experience
  • Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across various locations and countries

Compensation and Rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 56,000 gross per year (based on full-time), and we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
