Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Trainee to join our team. As a Trainee, you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects, build your professional network, and develop your skills in various IT areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer service teams across the globe and handle service requests on-site, remote, or via ticketing.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, print servers, and hardware and software procurement.
  • Explore cloud computing and support our cloud environments in AWS and Azure.
  • Support our O365 platform for 75k users, including mailing, modern apps, and managed workplace services.
  • Participate in creation, analysis, resolution, and execution of test cases for product lifecycle management or computer-aided engineering solutions.
  • Learn to support customer network systems, as well as their implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Get to know our IT Engineering Service Systems, including hardware, software, and user support.

Requirements

  • You must hold an IT or technical bachelor's degree/diploma, or a HTL degree with focus on the IT area.
  • Up to 1 year experience in the IT field.
