**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Collaboration Engineer to join our team at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining collaboration platforms to support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and other development tools.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft and third-party applications to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Manage and troubleshoot high availability collaboration platforms, ensuring secure hosting of sensitive data.
  • Manage underlying infrastructure for SharePoint, including SQL Server and Active Directory.
  • Implement IT service quality standard processes and service delivery (ITIL) and agile-oriented solutions for development, deployment, and operations (DevOps).
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant working experience as a MS SharePoint administrator, preferably in a non-cloud (on-premises) environment.
  • Experience with managing and troubleshooting high availability collaboration platforms.
  • Practical experience with managing underlying infrastructure for SharePoint.
  • Practical experience with IT service quality standard processes and service delivery (ITIL) and agile-oriented solutions for development, deployment, and operations (DevOps).
  • Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is an asset.

What We Offer

  • An attractive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $50,377 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance).
  • A variable post adjustment, which currently amounts to US $29,168 *
  • Dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation, and repatriation expenses.
  • Other benefits include 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan, and health insurance.
