Job Title: Collaboration Platforms Engineer

At the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), we are seeking a highly skilled Collaboration Platforms Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and test backup and recovery strategies for SharePoint environments to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft and third-party applications, and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, or other development tools.
  • Automate service provisioning, service management tools, applications, configuration management, and maintenance tools using an agile-based solution development methodology.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant working experience as a MS SharePoint administrator, preferably in a non-cloud (on-premises) environment.
  • Experience with managing and troubleshooting high availability collaboration platforms, such as Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, M-Files, or similar.
  • Practical experience in managing the underlying infrastructure for SharePoint, including SQL Server and Active Directory.
  • Practical experience with IT service quality standard processes and service delivery (e.g., ITIL) and experience with agile-oriented solutions for development, deployment, and operations (DevOps).
  • Experience with automation using PowerShell.
  • Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, and Spanish) is an asset.
What We Offer:
  • An attractive remuneration package, including a tax-free annual net base salary starting at US $50,377, a variable post adjustment, dependency benefits, rental subsidy, education grant, relocation, and repatriation expenses.
  • 6 weeks' annual leave, home leave travel, pension plan, and health insurance.
