About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Engineer to join our research team at Dynatrace Austria GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting research in the field of Generative AI and collaborating with our development teams to drive the adoption of research results for our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in the field of Generative AI and develop innovative solutions to enhance our product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with our development teams to drive the adoption of research results and ensure seamless integration with our product.
  • Mentor master students and ensure direction is in line with research strategy.
  • Contribute to the global research community by publishing and disseminating research findings in journals and speaking at conferences.
  • Actively participate in scientific and industrial cooperation projects.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
  • Track record of independent research in topics related to the research field.
  • Proven experience of producing complete GenAI-powered solutions, from agile code development to cloud-based prototype deployment.
  • Excellent English skills (oral and written).
  • Deep understanding of latest developments in generative AI.
