As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the product vision from concept to execution, overseeing its entire lifecycle to maximize value.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage the product vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user research and data, and prioritize opportunities that drive business outcomes.
  3. Ensure smooth delivery of product increments, removing obstacles and focusing on key tasks to ensure seamless functionality.
  4. Set objectives and track metrics to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  5. Foster a collaborative environment, valuing openness and idea-sharing, and guiding teams to ship differentiating features.
  6. Champion the product with stakeholders, positioning it as a top market solution, and executing our growth and GTM strategy.
Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager with experience in CSRD, UFLPA, or similar sustainability regulations. You should have a strong track record in product management, leadership, or entrepreneurial roles, with a focus on impact-oriented decision-making.

Must-haves:

  1. 8+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
  2. Experience in working with and negotiating with external vendors/partners.
  3. Background in supply chain management, risk management, maths, or statistics.
  4. Experience with applied product analytics, e.g., using SQL, R, or dedicated products.

Bonus points for:

  1. Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
