Job Description

BakerHicks GmbH is a leading company in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. We are proud to announce a challenging opportunity for a Project Manager Pharma to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex and interesting investment projects for our pharmaceutical industry clients
  • Overall responsibility for your project and lead the project team while meeting cost, time, and quality requirements
  • Manage communication within the project team and with external partners, suppliers, and clients
  • Lead project meetings
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of solid experience and in-depth knowledge in technical project management and leading team members, preferably in the GMP environment
  • Highly motivated and engaged personality with a degree in Bio- or Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Pharmacy, or a comparable education, and knowledge in Controlling
  • Hands-on mentality with willingness to take on the role of Engineering Manager for small and medium-sized projects
  • Flexible and goal-oriented approach
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Above-average knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, CRM, or SAP
  • Willingness to travel for project-specific assignments in Austria and abroad
