Are you passionate about Human Resources and IT, and eager to become a subject matter expert for our HR systems?

You'll act as an interface between the different Human Resources stakeholders and the IT department, developing processes and solutions while working with the most advanced technologies in a global and diverse environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for operational tasks, such as ticket management and ongoing support, but at the same time, realize your potential with exciting international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR processes and tools, and collaborate with your manager and team colleagues to further develop and implement them on a global level.
  • Act as a point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems, and coordinate incidents with your curious mind and in collaboration with our IT department.
  • Manage enhancement projects and change requests while keeping Red Bull's unique methodology and standards in mind.
  • Share your knowledge within the global HRIS team and your HR colleagues, and provide them with on-demand trainings, while maintaining tool and process documentation.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist, preferably with international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or similar.
  • Fluent in English, any additional language is beneficial.
  • Knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years with an HR IT system, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally with a regional or international scope.
  • Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other departments, including presentation and training skills.
