Job Description

The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for questions related to our HR tools and systems, coordinate incidents, and manage enhancement projects and change requests while adhering to our unique methodology and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Maintain HR processes and tools, collaborating with the global HRIS team to further develop and implement them.">
  • Act as a point of contact for HR tool-related inquiries and coordinate incidents.">
  • Manage enhancement projects and change requests, ensuring compliance with our methodology and standards.">
  • Provide on-demand training to HR colleagues and maintain tool and process documentation.">
  • Assist in project management and application maintenance, ideally with regional or international scope.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an HRIS Specialist, preferably with international HR projects in an IT-interfacing HR department.">
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or similar.">
  • Fluent in English; any additional language beneficial.">
  • Knowledge and professional experience of minimum 2 years with an HR IT system, ideally SAP HR and SuccessFactors.">
  • Experience in project management and application maintenance, ideally with regional or international scope.">
  • Able to handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.">
  • Very good analytical skills.">
  • Excellent communication skills to address all levels within HR and other departments.">

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location and experience)
