Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Senior Specialist to join our team at Türk Telekom International AT GmbH. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing and procurement processes across different locations globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic sourcing and market research activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Conduct RFx and bidding processes, negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and terms, and coordinate procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the Legal Unit to prepare contracts and negotiate with vendors to ensure timely implementation and compliance.
- Monitor and track vendor performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Provide budget and procurement-related statistical data and reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Identify and execute savings opportunities while improving service levels.
- Work closely with business units to support their initiatives and plans, and ensure the effective management of vendor and material master data in SAP.
- Participate in supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives to drive excellence in procurement processes.
- Carry out vendor management relations with multinational companies, and initiate and implement process improvements to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process.
Requirements:
- University/College degree
- Min 5 years of proven experience in procurement
- Strong experience in direct and indirect procurement
- SAP MM Module knowledge desired
- Self-motivated and strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong work ethic
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Power Point
- Willingness to travel
- Advanced level English and German knowledge
