The purpose of the role is to gradually assume responsibility and ownership of various initiatives within the Two Wheel Motorsports area and support the Head of 2-Wheel Motorsports in running the day-to-day business.

**PROJECT COORDINATION**

From the start, the Motorsports specialist will assume project coordination responsibility of the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup and hence coordinate the daily affairs of the championship in alignment with the Head of 2-Wheel and the sportive coordinators of the series. Ensuring effective communication between the Motorsports team and other company departments such as Sports, Brand, Legal, Media Network, and country organizations is a key responsibility. Additionally, actively contributing to the brainstorming, development, and creation of Red Bullish motorsports projects and assets at both HQ and Country levels while acting as a liaison between involved parties is crucial to the role.

**EVENT & ATHLETE SUPPORT AND PREPARATION**

Providing essential support during the motorsports season preparation involving procurement, branding, designs, contracts, and athlete/team support is part of the role. Ensuring timely and personalized responses to sponsorship inquiries, coordinating consumer activations in line with the HQ Brand team, and keeping Two Wheel Athletes and Teams equipped with the latest gear while updating them about developments like the Athlete app are integral responsibilities. Moreover, staying updated on marketing tools and serving as the primary contact for inquiries from Red Bull Countries and the motorsports industry is key. Additionally, adopting a welcoming approach to prioritize the comfort and value of visiting guests, partners and athletes within our organization is emphasized.

**ORGANIZATION**

Managing and coordinating SAP orders for tools, products, and athletes' equipment for the Two Wheel Motorsports Team is a vital aspect of the role as well as providing support to ensure all documents and platforms, including SportsNet and SharePoint, are consistently updated. This upkeep guarantees the highest level of service to internal business partners and aids the company in meeting international regulations, particularly in sustainability practices.

**Qualifications**:
University Degree & Fluent in English, German and Spanish are a plus

Proven experience in motorsports or similar industries with a solid understanding of the dynamics involved would be a plus

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with stakeholders

Commitment to excellence and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
