Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten IT-Experten, der unsere Kunden in der Alps Region unterstützt und unsere Produkte erfolgreich vermarktet.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Baue das bestehende Customer Success Management bei baramundi weiter auf und nachhaltig aus
  • Baue, pflege und stärke die Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden, berate sie und lerne aus ihren Erfahrungen
  • Erkennst den Bedarf, identifizierst Risiken und reagierst mit individuellem Up- und Cross-Selling von Zusatzmodulen und -leistungen
  • Überzeugst unsere Kunden in der Alps Region und triffst dich mit ihnen bei persönlichen Meetings, regelmäßigen Events oder per Video
  • Verbesserst die Betreuungsqualität, reduzierst Churn Rates und förderst die Neukund:innenakquise mit gezieltem Empfehlungsmarketing
  • Findest deinen Platz in unserem bunten und kollegialen Umfeld
Was wir von dir erwarten
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Informatik oder vergleichbare IT-orientierte Ausbildung mit min. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Technisches Know-how im Bereich Informationstechnologie und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Dein analytisches Denken sowie deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Präsentationsstärke und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für technische Produkte
  • Dein sicheres, freundliches und "gut verkaufendes" Auftreten
  • Eine hohe Eigenmotivation für den Einsatz vor Ort oder im Homeoffice
  • Mobilität, Flexibilität und eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsweise in Deutsch und Englisch (gerne zusätzlich Italienisch oder Französisch)
