In this pivotal position, you will establish strong partnerships with our esteemed clients and assist the sales team throughout the sales process while managing medium to large-scale complex projects. Your efforts will ensure that Hitachi Energy not only meets but surpasses client expectations. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from defining project plans and managing financials to risk assessment and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. You will also facilitate the formal acceptance of each project, leading to contract completion and customer sign-off.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop proposals for implementation services related to sales opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through the successful and timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Address customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and installation.
- Identify and communicate additional business opportunities during ongoing engagements, such as training and further solution rollouts.
- Exhibit project management expertise to define schedules and orchestrate the execution of implementation projects.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field or an acceptable equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the software sector.
- Extensive experience in asset-intensive industries, particularly in power generation, utilities, rail transportation, and public infrastructure.
- Proven track record in strategic project management within a customer-focused consulting environment providing enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.

Compensation
The minimum basic salary for this position is in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for employees in the electrical industry, starting from 4623.87 € gross per month. There is potential for additional compensation based on qualifications and experience.
