Senior Software Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect to join our Circular Economy Software R&D Team at NXP Semiconductors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for specifying the architecture and developing the next generation of our products, collaborating closely with our Hardware team to define SW-Interfaces for Hard-/Software Co-Design.
This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, offering a competitive salary, bonus plan, and a range of benefits, including lunch vouchers, vacation days, and the possibility to buy company shares with a 15% discount.
We also offer a work from home policy and relocation package in certain cases.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Software Engineering or Electronic Engineering, Computer science, or similar, with focus on Embedded Software and/or signal processing, and several years of experience in SW architecture specification and Embedded Software Development on microcontrollers in C/C++ and scripting languages.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with excellent technical leadership skills, and experience in Requirements Management, Agile Software Development, and Team Leadership.
We are an international team, and fluency in English is required.
