The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in web analytics and digital marketing, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Key Areas:

  • Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Translate data into clear, compelling reports and presentations that outline actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and set up analytics tracking to measure success.
  • Conduct regular audits of web data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for optimization.
  • Provide strategic business consulting to internal stakeholders that will help shape online strategies based on data insights.
  • Manage A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes for web analysis and reporting.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or business consulting.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
