About the Role
We're seeking a Research Lead in Generative AI for Software Intelligence to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will lead innovative projects that push the boundaries of generative AI in software intelligence. Your primary responsibility will be to mentor master students, ensure direction aligns with our research strategy, and contribute to the global research community by publishing and disseminating research findings.
Key Responsibilities

- Actively take part in scientific and industrial cooperation projects
Research Field
Our research focus is on large language models and other generative AI-based applications in the software intelligence domain, including data processing, training, evaluation, prompting, systems based on generative AI, like RAG or agent-based approaches, and components used with generative AI, like vector databases and embeddings.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have an MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field. You should also have a track record of independent research in topics related to the research field and proven experience of producing complete GenAI-powered solutions from agile code development to cloud-based prototype deployment. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of latest developments in generative AI and excellent English skills.
