We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team at PXP Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing accounts, driving revenue growth and profit increases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international accounts and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and create up- and cross-selling opportunities to strengthen business relationships.
  • Develop and implement account plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Monitor commercial KPIs to reach targets and provide agreed services and Service Level Agreements.
  • Frequently attend international trade shows and visit accounts to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders in the organisation to develop growth strategies and manage critical situations.
  • Prepare business case calculations, proposals, and provide information to management for decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and expertise within the payments industry, with a deep understanding of payment solutions, e-commerce, and financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, and industry regulations.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in account management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Extensive network within the payments industry, with the ability to leverage relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer
  • Annual gross salary from EUR 40,000.- (on a full-time basis). Overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
