About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our AWS EMEA (Austria) team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share in a defined region, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets, and developing and executing against a regional sales plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined region.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute against a regional sales plan.
  • Accelerate customer adoption.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.

About the Team

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

Requirements
  • Several years of technology sales, business development, or complex IT solutions experience.
  • High level understanding of Cloud Technology.
  • Ability to work cross functionally & ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Fluent in German and English.
