About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at nyra health GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business, focusing on the promotion and sales of our AI-powered therapy software to clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Conduct strategic outreach to potential clinic clients to promote our AI-powered therapy software.
    • Deliver compelling product presentations to showcase the benefits and value of our software.
    • Oversee and support test phases of the product in clinics to ensure successful implementation.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clinics to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand our Tele-Rehab model to new clinics, focusing on introducing new clinics to our innovative therapy solutions.
    • Communicate with clinic directors and therapy teams to ensure successful implementation and high standards of patient care.
    • Support existing clinics and ensure the continuous engagement of patients in our Tele-Rehab program.
    • Oversee the coordination and guidance of our therapy team to maintain high standards of patient care and deliver on company KPIs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our Tele-Rehab model and implement improvements as needed.
  • Strategic:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand our Tele-Rehab model to new clinics, focusing on market research and trend analysis.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinics, including clinic directors and therapy teams.
    • Provide regular feedback to our product development team to enhance our AI therapy software based on client and patient needs.
    • Prepare and present cases to assess your strategic thinking, research abilities, and problem-solving skills.
    Requirements
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
    • Proven track record of successful outreach, product presentations, and closing deals.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in German for customer contact.
    What We Offer
    • A minimum salary of 3,038 EUR gross monthly salary for full-time, with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
