Responsibilities
Your Role at Dynatrace
As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be an integral part of our Global Customer Support team. You will leverage your product knowledge, troubleshooting abilities, and interpersonal skills to directly assist our clients in resolving technical challenges encountered while utilizing the Dynatrace platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and address issues reported by clients concerning our SaaS and Managed products.
- Engage with diverse customer technology environments.
- Collaborate directly with customer application specialists to diagnose and resolve platform or product-related issues.
- Gain exposure to a wide array of cutting-edge technologies.
- Work closely with our development and product management teams.
- Participate in training sessions for new product features and technologies.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and propose product enhancements.
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts approximately once every two months, with additional salary compensation.
Qualifications
- A technical degree (preferably in Computer Science) or relevant IT experience.
- Professional experience in software development, software testing, or customer service.
- Proficiency in analyzing code written in modern programming languages.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Windows) and computer networks.
- Understanding of cloud and host virtualization technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

What We Offer
Compensation and Benefits
For legal reasons, we are required to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € per year based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
