Project Manager Role at Red Bull

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Program Management Office at Red Bull in Salzburg, Austria. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects within Global Media Services and the Media Brand Network.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring successful project completion.
  • Establish effective project structures and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project documentation, prepare regular management updates, and ensure maximum transparency through thorough reporting.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Program Manager in creating and maintaining project and program roadmaps that align with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in setting up new programs for key strategic areas and identifying relevant projects to be bundled together and managed accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, particularly regarding project methodologies, team coordination, and the implementation of the program management framework.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within media-related project management.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills at a native level are essential.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering media projects across diverse functions.
  • Expertise in traditional and agile project management methodologies.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable, Jira, and Confluence.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, pension plan, and generous paid time off.
