Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP Cloud Account Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung von SAP-Cloud-Lösungen unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Steuerung des zugeordneten Kunden-Portfolios mit Fokus auf SAP-Cloud-Themen
  • Sicherstellung der Leistungserbringung des zugeordneten Account Clusters gemäß Vertrag
  • Service Delivery Management an der Kundenschnittstelle
  • Kundenkommunikation inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Strategien sowie der Accountpläne
  • Entwicklung des Geschäfts inkl. Opportunity-Management, Wachstum aus Bestandsgeschäft und Neugeschäft beim eigenen Account
  • Verhandlung von Angeboten und Herbeiführung der Beauftragung
  • Gewährleistung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Maßnahmen zur Serviceverbesserung
  • Vertragsmanagement
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, Uni, FH) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mind. 6 Jahre Erfahrung an der Kundenschnittstelle im Service Delivery Management sowie im Kunden- und Vertriebsmanagement
  • ITIL-Knowhow und ein technisches Grundverständnis von IT-Services
  • Kenntnisse aus dem SW-Entwicklungsumfeld und agilen Vorgehen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im SAP Cloud Umfeld (HR-System)
  • Kenntnisse von Vertrags- und Vergaberechtgrundlagen als auch Ausschreibungen von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse
