Role Overview:

The International Marketing Operations team at Dun & Bradstreet is dedicated to establishing best practices and optimizing processes that support our marketing strategy while managing the lead funnel to enhance ROI and growth. This position collaborates with integrated marketing, demand generation, and analytics teams to ensure that our marketing automation and CRM processes provide robust campaign insights. Additionally, this role works across the organization with sales, sales operations, and customer experience teams to ensure effective end-to-end lead management and ROI. Reporting to the International Marketing Operations Director, this role will also align with the Central European Marketing leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and direct all marketing-related CRM (Salesforce) initiatives in close partnership with CRM and Sales Operations teams to establish world-class campaign and lead management processes that drive leads and high conversion rates across Central Europe. Promote standardization and best practices by facilitating the migration of two markets into a European SFDC CRM, including data mapping, Marketo integration testing, campaign tracking setup, and validation, as well as lead handling training. Conduct lead handling training sessions with Sales to ensure adherence to CRM processes and maximize ROI from marketing-generated leads. Ensure a seamless technical and sustainable transfer of leads (lead routing) to the sales department by monitoring integrations with Marketo and collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot issues. Collaborate closely with International Marketing Operations colleagues to align on and share best practices and innovations. Guarantee smooth integration and data flows (Input-Output) of CRM processes with adjacent systems such as Marketing Automation (Adobe Marketo), Website (Adobe Experience Manager), Reporting systems (PowerBI), and databases (CDP, SQL). Maintain and uphold the highest standards of contact data quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness. Establish and manage Marketo nurture programs. Set up and maintain Central European Marketo programs related to web forms and content downloads on Central European websites. Act as a Marketo super user and provide education to Marketing users on utilizing Marketo for newsletters, webinars, and common use cases.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a proactive self-starter with intellectual and operational curiosity, exceptional marketing automation and process experience, and proven ability to partner with marketing teams. Strong communication, organizational, and educational skills are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations and CRM. Advanced proficiency in Marketo or a similar platform (e.g., Hubspot). At least 3 years of advanced experience with Salesforce is required. Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities. Experience in a multinational role. A strategic mindset combined with an operational, hands-on approach. Significant experience collaborating with marketing teams and executives. Excellent written, verbal, and educational communication skills in English and German. A proactive attitude and hands-on approach. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
