Your Future Role
As a Logistic Support Analysis Engineer at Alstom, you will be part of our global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles in Vienna. You will work alongside a dedicated team to develop and manufacture the FlexityTM tram for worldwide customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop logistic support plans in collaboration with the engineering team to ensure the availability of spare parts and other logistic resources.
- Analyze and forecast supply chain requirements to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems.
- Perform detailed analyses to ensure the supportability and maintainability of equipment and systems.
- Create and update technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guides, and spare parts catalogs, ensuring all documents comply with industry standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate new designs and modifications for their impact on logistical support and maintenance, providing recommendations to improve supportability and reduce lifecycle costs.
- Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analyses to support effective maintenance planning.
- Calculate Life Cycle Costs to predict and reduce the total cost of ownership.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
- Fluency in both German and English language.
- Passion for developing efficient, testable, scalable, and well-documented rules.
- Being detail-oriented, with an analytical, solution-focused approach.
