Aufgaben

Als Ad Operations Specialist bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kundenberater:innen in allen Fragen rund um Ad Technologie. Du arbeitest eng mit unseren digitalen Planungsteams, Kreativ- und Produktionsagenturen sowie österreichischen Vermarktern zusammen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für folgende Aufgaben:

  • Werbemittelmanagement (z.B. Erstellung Produktionsplan, Abstimmung Werbemittelproduktion)
  • Tracking & Implementierung (z.B. Anlage Trackingbriefing, Begleitung Tracking Setup, Adserver-Pflege)
  • Reporting & Optimierung (z.B. Weiterentwicklung Media-Dashboard)
  • Zusätzlich koordinierst du technische Dienstleister sowie Technologiepartner aus dem Bereich Ad Operations, um die Umsetzung und Qualität unserer Kampagnen zu gewährleisten (z.B.: erweitertes Ad Operations Team, Adverification).
Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen (1 Jahr) im Bereich Ad Operations gesammelt und Begriffe wie Tracking, Viewability und Adserver sind für Dich keine Fremdwörter.
  • Handwerk: Du hast idealerweise eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, arbeitest gerne mit Branchen-Tools wie Adition, DoubleVerify oder Google Analytics und besitzt gute Kenntnisse in den Microsoft Office Programmen, v.a. Excel.
  • Spirit: Neben fachlichen Kenntnissen überzeugst Du durch Deine Genauigkeit, Deine Affinität für Zahlen, Deinen Teamgeist und Deine Persönlichkeit.
  • Eigenverantwortung: Zusammen mit den digitalen Planungsteams bist du für die Anlage, Implementierung und Pflege der digitalen Kampagnen sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Agentur in Hinblick auf AdTech verantwortlich.
  • Offenheit: Du hast Lust darauf, auch mal teamübergreifend zu arbeiten und Dich mit anderen Kolleg:innen im Haus der Kommunikation zu vernetzen.
