Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact at the myhive Wienerberg welcome desks for our office tenants.
  • Facilitate collaboration within the community alongside the operations management team.
  • Manage inquiries, site tours, bookings, and rental agreements for our flexible office spaces and conference facilities (myflex, mydesk, myroom, myconference).
  • Organize and promote events through the myhive app, enhancing tenant participation and networking opportunities.
  • Assist tenants in our coworking space with their daily needs.
  • Provide first-level support for technical and safety equipment.
  • Engage and coordinate with property management.
  • Handle back office operations, including documentation management and correspondence, as well as providing office supplies.
  • Support the asset and leasing management teams.

Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in hospitality is advantageous.
  • A strong desire to connect individuals and foster community.
  • Customer service orientation is essential.
  • A passion for digital communication is preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) are required.
  • Must be an organized team player.
  • A hands-on approach is essential.
  • Commercial awareness is beneficial.
