Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Operations. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing store merchandise, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage store inventory, including receiving and preparing merchandise for transfer to other locations.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and availability to optimize client service.
  • Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
  • Lead and coordinate cycle counts, physical inventory prep work, and yearly physical inventory.
  • Process merchandise requests and follow up on special orders/back orders.
  • Provide superior client service for post-sales service, including repair/engraving orders and minor onsite repairs.
  • Assist management in visual presentation of merchandise by conducting scheduled cleaning and inspection of store inventory.
  • Partner with sales team to process merchandise orders and assist with planning and coordinating store events.
  • Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
  • Perform daily cashier functions, including accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
  • Act as Security and Health & Safety liaison for the store.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to Tiffany & Co. standards.
