About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Intern to join our Cyber Defense Center (CDC) team. As an Information Security Intern, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the review of information security documentations, defining risks based on IT risk management methods, and developing best practice approaches for common security issues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the review of information security documentations and define risks based on IT risk management methods
  • Provide advice on cyber security topics and defense methods, and develop best practice approaches for common security issues
  • Research current and planned regulations and legislature that have implications on information security and data privacy
  • Raise awareness and act as the link between information & cyber security, data privacy, IT, and business representatives
Requirements
  • Ongoing studies at a University or University of Applied Sciences with a background in IT and/or Cyber Security
  • Knowledge about cyber security threats and defense methods, security architecture, -technologies, and current developments
  • Understanding of modern digital services, secure IT architecture, and their cyber security implications
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new projects to grow your experience in different areas
What We Offer
  • Exciting and challenging full-time (38.5h/week) or part-time internship (19.25h/week) as of January 2025 until December 2025
