About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Governance Manager to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International. As a key member of our Group Data Governance team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our data-driven banking excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance and quality standards, guidelines, methods, and processes to ensure compliance with BCBS 239 and data quality standards.
  • Lead project support and control, ensuring data governance, data quality, and compliance across RBI's diverse project landscape.
  • Manage strategic data quality governance measures and projects to enhance our competitive edge and enable smarter decisions.
  • Provide regular data governance and quality reports to decision-making bodies, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Define and monitor data governance KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in data quality and governance efforts.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance/Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science).
  • Experience in the financial services industry, understanding of banking products and processes.
  • SQL knowledge and proficiency in statistical and/or Machine Learning concepts.
  • Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
