We're seeking an exceptional AI Co-Founder (CAIO) who will co-create and drive our vision for Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this opportunity may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-Lead Aiones' Strategic Direction
  • Develop and Refine Our Systems and Products
  • Oversight of ML / LLM Model Development and Deployment
  • Build and Lead a Talented Technical Team
  • Bridge Strategy and Implementation Gaps
  • Take on Additional Responsibilities as Needed

Suitable Candidate Profile:

  • Able to work autonomously in a demanding startup environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong knowledge of chat- and document-based classification and extraction
  • Familiarity with different types of databases (e.g., Graph, Vector, Relational)
  • Expertise in ML Ops, model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles
  • Deep interest in applied machine learning use-cases
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset
  • Previous startup experience is beneficial
