Salary:
The annual gross salary for this position starts at EUR 37,800, with the potential to increase based on qualifications and relevant experience.

Job Description:
As a Logistics Operations Specialist, you will act as a representative of the supply chain department, participating in contract negotiation, bidding preparation, and contract review. Your primary goal is to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers. This involves monitoring factory production planning, coordinating with Purchase Order Specialists, and managing logistics suppliers. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, international transportation monitoring, and logistics payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in contract negotiation, bidding preparation, and contract review
  • Monitor factory production planning and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with Purchase Order Specialists and logistics staff
  • Manage logistics suppliers and monitor international transportation
  • Perform inventory management and analysis
  • Handle logistics payments and customs clearance regulations

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. A university degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred, along with interpersonal and organizational skills.
