At Sportradar, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to drive our global expansion. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with our cross-functional teams to identify and acquire top talent.

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can excel in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within tech-focused Engineering and Product roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership and local stakeholders
- Delivering hiring strategies across multiple locations
- Developing localized recruitment processes and conducting team trainings
- Implementing data-driven approaches to recruiting and aligning globally

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes, with a focus on technical roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse setting, with fluency in English and additional language skills valued
- Strong organizational skills, with a focus on balancing multiple priorities under tight timelines
