At Erste Digital GmbH, we're shaping the digital future of banking and creating a better financial life for millions. As an IT Change Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our IT operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled professional to lead our Service Management and Controls team in implementing effective change management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to execute structured planning, consider process improvements, and support their implementation according to the latest ITIL frameworks.
You'll also lead weekly Change and CAB meetings, report critical planned changes to senior management, and conduct regular reports to measure and evaluate processes. Additionally, you'll work closely with other process managers, management, and stakeholders to implement effective solutions for ITSM.
Your expertise will help us mature our ITSM tool (ServiceNow) to ensure maximum effectiveness in process execution and reporting capabilities. You'll regularly review and update processes, procedures, and standard work, deploying revisions and training impacted parties and stakeholders accordingly.
This role requires a high level of problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow for IT Service Management and process automation. If you have experience in IT Service Management and frameworks like ITIL and COBIT, we'd love to hear from you
