Change & Communicions Manager

Our client, a complex, national organisation, is undergoing a major HRIS transformation. To enable the business to succeed with this large program of work, they are seeking a skilled Change & Communications Manager. This role is pivotal in guiding their workforce through the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring employees feel informed, prepared, and supported throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customised plans that support smooth adoption of new digital tools.
  • Analyse potential impacts, evaluate readiness, and identify essential stakeholders.
  • Work alongside project teams to integrate change activities into broader plans.
  • Develop compelling communication resources tailored to various audience groups.
  • Contribute to the creation of training initiatives and educational content.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges to successful adoption.
  • Track, analyse, and report on progress to continuously refine the strategy.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in driving change initiatives, ideally in technology or systems projects.
  • Deep understanding of frameworks for successful change and communication.
  • Strong ability to mentor and upskill teams on change-related principles.
  • Outstanding communication capabilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proven effectiveness in influencing across various organisational levels.
  • Analytical mindset combined with practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven nature with the initiative to ask questions and suggest improvements.
  • Experience in coordinating workstreams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
