About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Poker Manager to join our European team at Entain. As a key member of our poker team, you will be responsible for driving our poker offerings to customers in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Plan, create, and oversee the production of innovative content on our website, social media pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Poker Promotions: Work in a poker team and create poker promotions that engage and retain our customer base.
  • Customer Support: Contact the customer base to provide solutions to their problems and tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with a cross-company team to achieve our poker business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on all site metrics to inform our poker business strategy.
  • User Experience: Create and maintain the best user experience for our poker pages.
  • Translation and Localization: Conduct translations from English if needed and ensure our content is localized for the DACH region.
  • Marketing and Communications: Collaborate with the Head of Poker, the creative team, and designers to develop and execute our poker marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Poker Knowledge: Knowledge in poker is essential - it would be great if you have knowledge of the local poker community in Germany (forums, local players, what is happening in the poker world).
  • Language Skills: German language skills (working proficiency / fluent / native) are required.
  • Writing and Editing: Ability to demonstrate high accuracy and efficiency when writing, revising, editing, or proofreading a copy.
  • MS Office: Hands-on experience with MS Office is required.
