We are seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our team at MED-EL. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of IT assets and the procurement of IT equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities- IT Asset Management: Ensure that all IT assets are properly managed, including the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Procurement Activities: Execute operative IT purchasing activities, including the evaluation of offers and invoices, and the optimization of existing delivery and purchase conditions.
- Vendor Management: Perform and oversee vendor management for all IT vendors, ensuring that contracts are negotiated and managed effectively.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Ensure that all IT contracts are properly managed, from initiation to termination.
- eProcurement Support: Support our internal eProcurement system, including Identity and Access Management for our webshop.
- Education: Completed higher economic/commercial or technical education (e.g. HAK, HTL or equivalent).
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Procurement.
- Language Skills: Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills.
- Technical Understanding: Very good technical understanding.
