Job Description:

Capture, Challenge, and Document Stakeholders' Functional Requirements

  • Analyze current business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the crucial link between business departments to ensure transparency and alignment with business expectations.
  • Evaluate and participate in the selection of cutting-edge technology solutions that support business objectives.
  • Conduct and coordinate comprehensive user testing to ensure the delivered solution meets business expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Information Systems or a related field

  • Strong experience in SAP ERP implementation and optimization projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Solid understanding of change management principles.
