Supply Chain Planning Expert with SAP IBP Experience

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning expert to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg, Austria. As a key user of the SAP IBP application, you will support senior line managers in developing new processes and features.
About the RoleThis strategic role involves managing and tracking projects independently, ensuring a holistic end-to-end view, highlighting cross-functional dependencies, and aligning business needs and target state with multiple stakeholders. You will collect, derive, and challenge business requirements and align them with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and drive projects independently, defining and scheduling work packages and setting up realistic project timelines in alignment with our IT, considering resources and overall constraints.
- Track and document project progress and milestones in our project management tool and monitor implementation budgets.
- Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on the development of new system solution designs.
- Test all implemented solutions to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 4+ years of professional experience in Sales & Operations planning, proficient in the use of SAP IBP.
- Bachelor or master's degree in business administration, supply chain or operations management, process and/or project management, or similar.
- Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in the field of new product introduction.
- Highly experienced in gathering, challenging, and translating business requirements to system integration concepts.
- Verifiable experience in managing projects and programs.
- Fluent in English; German beneficial but not mandatory.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite and handling of project management tools.
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2247. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
