Supply Chain Planning Expert for SAP IBP Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning expert to join our Global Data Team in Salzburg, Austria. This role will focus on implementing and improving processes within the Sales & Operations Planning team using SAP IBP.
About You
You will have a strong background in process management, preferably with experience in working with cross-functional teams to implement new system solutions. Your expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into functional concepts will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of results and high-quality solutions.
- Define and schedule work packages, establish realistic project timelines, and track progress.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement documentation, including Business Scope Statements.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and handover of new processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Depth knowledge of SAP IBP and proven experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Sales & Operations planning.
