Job Opportunity:

Burton Snowboards is seeking a Seasonal Store Assistant to join our team in Innsbruck. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting store events, and contributing to the overall success of our flagship store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a superior customer experience for all Burton consumers
  • Support management in the implementation of promotions, visuals, store maintenance, and sales functions
  • Support organizing store events and marketing activities
  • Contribute to the stores sales goals
  • Be a brand ambassador for the Burton brand

Requirements:

  • Retail experience, preferably in a comparable position
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive, outgoing personality to bring the Burton passion to top levels
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive work attitude
  • Strong knowledge and background of snowboarding products and their application
  • Open-minded, and agile team player
  • Fluent in German and English, further language skills are a plus
