The Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Transition Specialist who will work directly with our Product Founder and contribute to the development and success of our device steering, monitoring, and management platform. This role offers significant opportunities for learning and career advancement in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product and technical landscape, including device compatibility and API functionalities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product and customer needs are addressed.
  • Assist in creating mockups and wireframes to visualize new features and product improvements.
  • Support customers in rolling out our product, providing ongoing assistance and collecting feedback.
  • Generate reports for customers, requiring basic SQL skills.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree from a top school or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical background, especially in APIs, devices, and coding/scripting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Quick learner, able to grasp new technical concepts effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL beneficial for generating customer reports.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as employee stock options, success-based compensation, and flexible remote work options.

Location

This role is based in Vienna, Austria, with opportunities to work remotely or from our office location.
