Forex Trading Support Internship

Erste Group is a leading banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, offering a wide range of career opportunities in an international environment. As a part-time internship holder, you will be based on the trading floor at ERSTE Campus in Vienna, supporting traders in their daily operations.

Your Tasks
  • Managing and processing orders from the bank's sales network
  • Analyzing trading data and optimizing daily processes
  • Collaborating with various units of Group Treasury to gain insights into trading and treasury operations

You will work closely with experienced traders and analysts, learning about market making, liquidity provision, and electronic trading platforms. Your tasks will include:

  1. Supporting traders in managing client relationships and executing trades
  2. Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for optimization
  3. Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

In addition to your technical skills, you will also have the opportunity to develop your soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values diversity and inclusivity.
