The Group operates 71 shopping centres across 12 countries, including 39 Westfield-branded properties. These centres attract over 900 million visits annually, providing a unique platform for retailers to connect with consumers.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual starting salary for this position is €48,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer extensive benefits through our partner app Edenred, including meal allowances, company pension funds, public transportation tickets and child allowances.
Job DescriptionThis one-year fast-track management program is designed for recent graduates and alumni who are eager to accelerate their careers in global real estate management. As a trainee, you will embark on a transformative journey that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in various departments, such as Investment, Leasing or Shopping Centre Management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business fundamentals, particularly within the context of real estate
- Building a professional network while gaining international work experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A master's degree from a top-ranked business school or university
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities, complemented by excellent communication skills
- A strong entrepreneurial personality, curiosity and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table
- A proven track record of working or studying abroad and a desire for an international career
- Fluent business-level English and German, with additional language skills a significant asset (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
