We are currently seeking a driven and analytical individual to join our Merchandise Planning & Allocation team at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

As a Merchandise Planner, you will be the authority on our inspiring product range. Your role will focus on aligning our inventory objectives with our global allocation strategy through effective pre-season planning and in-season merchandising.


• Leading the budgeting process and financial planning for our seasonal and essential collections.


• Collaborating with the Head of Merchandising, Regional Buyers, and Demand Planning to support the buying process.


• Strategizing the initial allocation of seasonal products to each store.


• Analyzing current season performance and providing recommendations to enhance sales outcomes.


• Conducting global in-season analyses to achieve our end-season stock and sales targets.

Qualifications


• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably within a retail context.


• Strong analytical capabilities, with a comfort in interpreting extensive data sets into actionable insights.


• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.


• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
